Where the Future of
Yachting Is 3D-Printed

Pioneering the Future of Marine Craft Through 3D Printing

MJ1 is a leader in next-generation marine manufacturing, specializing in precision-engineered, fully 3D-printed vessels. What began as a small prototyping initiative in 2013 has evolved into the Middle East’s largest additive marine production facility.

From digital concept to open water, we design and manufacture vessels that defy traditional limitations—stronger structures, lighter weight, sustainable materials, and unlimited design freedom.

Our Story

From Prototype Lab to
Industry Leaders

Early Beginnings
(2013–2019)

MJ1 started as a marine-focused prototyping company, driven by a simple but ambitious idea: If aerospace and automotive industries can innovate through advanced 3D printing, why can’t the marine world?

Under the direction of CEO Mufaddal Ali, we began developing the foundational technology and material systems needed for large-scale marine additive manufacturing.

Breakthrough Innovation
(2020–2023)

As industrial robotics and printable composites advanced, MJ1 pushed beyond small models and components. By late 2023, our team successfully produced the first fully 3D-printed boat in the region using robotic extrusion systems.

This milestone proved that additive manufacturing wasn’t just conceptual—it was seaworthy.

Official Approval & Recognition (2024)

In 2024, our 3D-printed vessel received official approval and registration from DMCA, confirming its safety, structural integrity, and open-water performance.

This moment positioned MJ1 as a global innovator, not just a regional manufacturer.
